NSW Police are urgently seeking public assistance in locating two 13-year-old girls, Brodie Munger and Mailey Gelder, who have been missing from the state’s north since Tuesday morning (7th May 2024). The teens, both from Dungog, were last seen together around 9am at a local school on Eloiza Street.

Brodie is described as a Caucasian teenager, approximately 150cm tall, with a thin build, brown hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper, cream-coloured pants, and white Nike shoes, with piercings on her nose. Mailey is also Caucasian, standing at around 150cm tall, with a thin build, brown hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper and grey pants.

Officers from the Port Stephens-Hunter Police District have expressed serious concerns for the girls’ welfare due to their age. Both girls are known to frequent the East Maitland, Clarence Town, Dungog, and Davidson areas. Authorities believe that the pair may be traveling in the rail network towards the Sydney area.

Anyone with information regarding Brodie and Mailey’s whereabouts is urged to contact the police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Any details provided will be treated in the strictest confidence.
