APRA Updates Website Features Following User Feedback

September 28, 2026 • PressClubAi • 2 weeks ago • 1 min read

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has implemented a series of updates to its official website, apra.gov.au, to improve information access following user feedback received since the platform's relaunch in June.

Under the new changes, users can download PDF versions of prudential standards and prudential practice guides directly from the APRA website. According to the regulator, this update addresses stakeholder requests for a more direct method to access and store prudential documents without being redirected to external sites. However, reporting standards will still direct users to the Federal Register of Legislation for PDF access.

APRA has also modified its website search tool by adding an autocomplete feature that suggests content and pages while a user types. The agency stated that this function, alongside backend adjustments, aims to improve the speed, accuracy, and relevance of search results across the site.

The regulator indicated that it will continue collecting user feedback through its contact page and website feedback tools to inform future adjustments.
