Two Missing 13-Year-Old Girls from Dungog Found Safe and Sound,

Article: A pair of 13-year-old girls who went missing from their school in Dungog, New South Wales have been found safe and sound. The duo was last seen together at a school on Eloiza Street, Dungog, around 9 am on Tuesday (7 May 2024). When they couldn’t be contacted or located, local authorities were promptly notified and began investigating their whereabouts.

After extensive inquiries and a public appeal for assistance, the girls were finally located in East Maitland around 3:30 pm on Thursday (9 May 2024). The Port Stephens-Hunter Police District released a statement praising the media and community for their efforts in sharing the news and providing valuable information during the search.

The police are yet to reveal any further details about how the girls went missing or the circumstances surrounding their discovery. The families of the two girls have also not made any statements yet. The community is relieved to hear that the two teenagers are now safe and reunited with their loved ones.
